Sybrillo Inc. offers free shipping in case of orders with $309 or more in the total price for the following regions:
USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. For orders totaling less than $309, a shipping price will be calculated during the checkout on our website; the price is based on shipping location, the size and weight of goods purchased.
Please note that shipping prices may vary in case of promotions, or if the contracted shipping companies rates change significantly. In case you purchased multiple products, we will ship them together to be more practical and environmentally conscious. Should you prefer the items to be shipped separately (e.g. some of them are gifts) please make separate purchases.

Once your package left our warehouse, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.
The shipping times vary based on location, but we always select the shortest possible shipment. Upon your purchase, an estimated delivery time is displayed.
Please note that overnight delivery is not possible. We’re working on offering this service to our customers, but for the time being, regular shipping times apply.
If your order bounces and is returned to Sybrillo Inc., we reserve the right to retain the original shipping fees and deduct it from the value of the refund to be issued. If you choose a re-shipment of your order, the shipping cost will be charged to you.

Please note that reporting any problem, damage or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product, otherwise Sybrillo cannot grant a refund/replacement. We ask that you take photographs for evidencing the problem, and also ask that you do not dispose of any packaging and contact us with your issue as soon as possible through help.sybrillo.com. We will manage your issue with the delivery company.
Should your desired goods run short from our stock we will notify you immediately in an email. Once we re-stock on the item(s) in question, we will start their shipping to you as soon as possible. If you have ordered multiple items but any of them is unavailable on stock, we will hold your orders until we can fulfill them completely. No, sorry. We work with the fastest delivery for our customers, but to do so the delivery company has to handle customs clearances and payment of tariffs and VAT on customer’s behalf. As such, customers are not able to apply for VAT refunds.
